Designer by trade, storyteller by heart

Helping people tell their story is my bread and butter—it’s why I fell in love with design—whether it’s to elevate a brand, help a social cause, or just for the fun of it. I'm dedicated to crafting beautiful experiences focused on simplicity and purpose.

A lifelong learner

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me out on the lake with my family, hiking through the woods, or twiddling away on a new project. I'm constantly on the hunt to learn more. I thrive in environments that encourage collaboration and push me to become a better problem-solver and creative-thinker.

 

My current design goals: furthering my knowledge of animation and front-end development

Experience

I graduated in 2013 with a BFA in Graphic Design. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in the world of higher ed as a senior designer and lead brand designer at Indiana University. In pursuit of my love for UX and human-centered design, I left the university to join an incredibly talented team at Salesforce. 

 

During my time at Salesforce, I worked as an experience designer and visual designer collaborating closely with account teams to craft compelling narratives, and develop concepts, prototypes, and new customer experiences.

 

The corporate environment of Salesforce and a Big 10 university have taught me how to lead, manage, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

In 2020, I received certification through Northwestern School of Management in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics.

I also work as a freelance designer, taking on projects in web design, UX, illustration, and identity development.
