Menu design and visual identity
Before opening their doors, chef Matthew Plaisier and general manager Molly Otto approached me to create their suite of menus. The two did a complete overhaul of the building, crafting a casual yet sophisticated dining experience—and they wanted their menus to reflect that. The project included dinner, cocktail, and brunch menus, updated seasonally, and a visual identity system to guide all additional marketing materials.
