With the #MeToo movement, equality in the workplace is finally coming to the forefront of conversations in every industry. Laurie Burns McRobbie wanted to create a space where women across IU could learn from influential women leaders and be inspired to take action in their corner of the world. Thus, the IU Women's Conference was born.

The project included a conference mark and a visual identity system to be used on all collateral for the event.
